Charlotte and Lake Norman Parade of Homes Tour starts May 9, 2008!Leave a comment »
Are you one of those people who just loves to look at houses? Or, perhaps you are thinking about remodeling your home and are searching for inspiration? You may even want to get a sense of prices in the current real estate market in the greater Lake Norman and Charlotte area. Whatever your reason, it is time to mark your calendars for the 2008 Parade of Homes starting May 9th.
The Home Builders Association of Charlottes annual Parade of Homes ˜is the highlight of the spring real estate season not just in Charlotte but the Lake Norman communities as well. According to the Home Builders Association ˜the finest home builders showcase more than 100 homes throughout the region. The free, self-guided tour showcases homes in all price ranges and locations. Crescent Communities will be featuring home in The Point, Falls Cove, The Farms, and The Sanctuary . Their homes will be partially furnished in an effort to give potential home buyers a ˜sense of what life could be like at their Lake Norman communities.
The Details Dates: May 9-11, 11-18, and 23-25. Times: Noon - 6pm on Fridays, 10:00am - 6pm on Saturdays and 1pm - 6pm on Sundays.
