Legends of Lake Norman: A Lake Norman Real Estate Restaurant ReviewLeave a comment »
Every once-in-a-while I just have to diverge from Mooresville Lake Norman Real Estate and share about why it is so wonderful to live in Mooresville and the greater Lake Norman area. My restaurant reviewer/friend Kathy K just sent me this!
A Lake Norman Restaurant Review By Kathy K.
Legends of Lake Norman in Mooresville is my new favorite place to nosh. They serve breakfast, lunch and an evening menu which includes Tapas after 4PM, a Sunday brunch, wine tastings on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and they have an extensive wine list as well as a full bar menu. Also offered is a Coffee Bar which did quite a bit of walk-in business while my husband and I were there. Thursdays through Saturdays they have a live band performing at 7PM.
The food is some of the best we’ve had yet. I ordered half of The Legend, which is an all white meat chicken sandwich with celery, cranberries and candied walnuts which came with a side salad that couldn’t have been any fresher had I picked it out of my own garden. In addition it came with the Soup du Jour of the day which was the Chicken Noodle that I was able to swap out for the Lobster Bisque for an additional 50 cents. Best 50 cents I’ve ever spent. The entire meal was fabulous!!! My husband opted for the Cubano, a sliced pork tenderloin with cheese, mustard and pickles which is then hot pressed on Cuban style bread. His also included the side salad. He drooled over his meal as well. Since Legends is noted for their exquisite pastries we split the Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake which was to die for. Rating: ♦♦♦♦♦

Diane’s note: Legends of Lake Norman has become one of THE places for business and real estate meetings. I have met there with buyers, sellers or community leaders and find it to have the perfect atmostphere for talking as well as eating.
Located right at Exit 33 in the same center as Jeffrey’s and The Marriot it is very conveniently located for just about everyone who lives or works in the Mooresville and east side of Lake Norman.
