Why a Lake Norman Real Estate Blogsite and how to use it!1 comment »
When I tell people that I have a real estate blogsite I usually get an odd sort of nod in response as if to say, that's nice but what the heck is a blogsite? And, why a blog and not a traditional, static website? Well, very simply, I have created a blogsite because a blogsite is vastly superior and more useful today than a static website. You may have heard the term Web 2.0 in conjunction with social networking discussions on the Internet. In very simple terms, the Internet has evolved from a basic resource tool to a highly social and interactive media. http://www.bestrealestatelakenorman.com/0020BB Posted on February 25, 2008 14:30:41 by Diane Aurit

Something about Diane
Diane B. Aurit
Welcome! I am so glad you stopped by to see what is happening in our wonderful Lake Norman area.
You will probably find that I write quite enthusiastically about Lake Norman and about life here. That is because I am writing through the eyes of someone who discovered, fell in love with and just up and moved to Mooresville Lake Norman in 2005 for no other reason than my husband and I decided it was the ultimate place in the country to live.
If you know the old adage "There is no substitute for experience," I have found that this definitely applies to all of my real estate services. My extensive marketing background, years in real estate that have encompassed a diversity of locations, economic markets, price ranges, types of housing, cultures, ethnicitys, ages and personalities of clients comprise the foundation upon which I build all of my customized real estate services.
But, honestly, there is only one thing that truly motivates me: I care. I care about every one of the clients I choose to work with and I do my absolute best to represent them, support them and educate them; designing their real estate experience to best suit their needs and meet their goals.
Just the Facts
While establishing my real estate practice in Mooresville, NC I realized that I was immediately drawn to the many people from all over the country who are relocating here, whether by choice or for jobs. Having lived in California, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey and now North Carolina, I can readily find a common ground with almost every person I meet. Plus, I know exactly what it is like to relocate here from personal experience!

What do Diane's Clients and fellow agents have to say?
What I truly hate about real estate is the fact that I have to sell myself. I simply love marketing properties but I feel SO uncomfortable trying to tell people why they should want to work with me. So, instead, here is a list of what some of my clients have written:
And, the one comment that really stuck and became my motto:
Professionalism with a personal touch
From Realtors:

Why Lake Norman real estate from a transplant?
In 2004 I didn't even know that Lake Norman North Carolina existed. Today I can look out my window and see the sparkling water of the lake while writing at my desk! Once the best kept secret in the country, Lake Norman is now the home of so many "transplants" as we are called, mostly from New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida, Ohio and California, that I think we significantly outnumber the native North Carolinians. It is my goal as a transplanted Realtor to provide a unique perspective to all things real estate in the greater Lake Norman area. http://www.bestrealestatelakenorman.com/0009AD Posted on May 14, 2007 12:49:05 by Diane Aurit
