Lake Norman Skate Shop in Downtown Mooresville is.....AWESOME!Leave a comment »
When I think of today’s skate boarders and how this sport has evolved I think of images from this past summer’s 13th "X Games” and a new language including grinding, half-pikes, ramps, huge air. http://www.bestrealestatelakenorman.com/00426D Posted on August 29, 2008 11:03:06 by Diane Aurit

Historic Downtown Mooresville: Mangan Martial Arts Academy
When I first met Bob Mangan, he was a guest speaker at my Mooresville Lake Norman Exchange Club. Knowing that our club’s main focus is on the prevention of child abuse, he came to speak to us about a self-defense program called Kids Safe. When I met with him recently to learn more about his Mangan Martial Arts Academy I discovered that his passion for teaching children self-defense has grown out of a life-time involvement in the Martial Arts including competition in numerous forms from Karate to Kick-boxing to TaeKwon-Do since 1974! http://www.bestrealestatelakenorman.com/004104 Posted on August 24, 2008 09:08:01 by Diane Aurit

Lake Norman's new Mooresville Town Square is coming to life!
If you haven’t checked out the newMooresville Town Square on the corner of Brawley School Rd. and Williamson Rd then you are definitely in for a great surprise! With it’s upscale architecture, beautiful gardens and walking paths it reminds me a little bit of a Birkdale Village in it’s early stages. While it doesn’t offer housing, this 200,000 square foot “lifestyle center” offers just about everything else! http://www.bestrealestatelakenorman.com/004153 Posted on August 19, 2008 14:23:02 by Diane Aurit

Historic Downtown Mooresville: New shops, Art Galleries and Restaurants!Don’t let the last phase of the Historic Downtown Mooresville street beautification keep you from exploring and enjoying an amazing array of new shops, art galleries and restaurants! If you haven’t been downtown in just 6 months you will be amazed at the changes! Most of the historic buildings have had beautiful face-lifts, the sidewalks and crosswalks have inlaid bricks, the park next to the Mooresville Artist Guild Depot has brand new landscaping and there is new signage and lamp posts. http://www.bestrealestatelakenorman.com/003E75 Posted on July 12, 2008 12:53:18 by Diane Aurit
